* Very Important -- Let me trim up the tree branches that are touching your roof. Trees shading your roof can save you a ton of money in cooling costs during the summer months; but tree limbs dragging on your roof will destroy your roof in no time. I can expertly trim the branches off your roof without butchering your shade trees.
* Save your Grass and have Great Looking Oak Trees -- St. Augustine grass will often die out under oak trees. This happens when there is too much shade because the oak tree has not been properly thinned/pruned. It also happens when the fallen leaves are not regularly raked and removed after the oak tree's annual shedding. Let me prune your oaks and vaccuum up the leaves underneath. I know how to lighten up your oak trees artistically without butchering them as I've seen so many do around Terrell Hills.
What I Don't Do:
Mowing & Edging. I don't mow yards anymore unless it's for little old ladies. Seriously. Anyone can mow your yard and they can probably do it for less than what I would have to bid. (I have four kids to feed.) So, please, hire the guy who knocks on your door or the teenager down the street. But if you're a widow and are having a hard time finding someone who will treat you fairly, then I will mow and edge for you and do it at a discount.
From 1997 to 1999 I mowed yards regularly for about 35 customers in Terrell Hills before we left for the mission field in Costa Rica. I did it to keep us afloat financially while we were raising our missionary support funding, and when it was time for us to go to Costa Rica I let my customers know and refered them to dependable workers who could take my place.
